some readers of my blog have asked where the photo for my last haiga was taken.
it is Piran, an old coastal town situated on the slovenian coast in the gulf of Trieste, about 120 km (75 miles) from Ljubljana and not far from the italian border (as the matter of fact, nothing on the slovenian coast is far from italian border; or croatian for that matter).
