You poem works perfectly/beautifully against your lovely photo. I really like the way you partially diffuse the image. Great work!

How funny, my tomorrow's haiku contains very similar elements! I suppose it is only natural, since similar things surround us - still, it comes to one as a pleasant surprise, a return gift from haiku to ourselves - this feeling we are not alone ...

I love the surprise bird call, especially in the winter. It really wakes me up to my surroundings.

Bodi lepo, Polona. Jutri bo že četrtek in potem še čisto, čisto malo... in spet bo vikend...

merelyme: thank you for your kind words.

kai: thank you

margie: many thanks

masago: me? only a pair :)
but yes, these birds are very common around here

quilly: it's not freezing at the moment, so pft! :o)

andrew: and you made me laugh again :)

boulies: soft focus efect is easy to add...
but i'm pleased you like my work and appreciate your words. thank you

richard: i assure you i don't.
as for the birds, they are about the size of a sparrow

patricija: me zelo veseli... hvala

john: thank you

laughing granny: i've said it before and i shall repeat it again: great minds think alike (hope this doesn't sound too pretentious)
thank you, višnja

get zapped: they are becoming louder so spring can't be too far away...
thank you

neikka: slika ni preveč posrečena... malo zooma proti svetlobi, pa sem izgubila precej detajla...
objem še enkrat!

floots: and thank you.
